This is SO GOOD! I admit, i didnt have any collard greens, so i just used extra kale and spinach, i also added a few carrots for extra yummyness. Thanks for the recipe!
These didn't hold together enough for me, they look nothing like the one in the photo. They were white and (although I added more breadcrumbs) sort of mooshy.
Fabulous! I used turnip instead of potato, added a few more cloves of garlic, and used a good dollop of chipolte in adobo sauce to add a smoky flavour.
This turned out FANTASTIC! I made it into a sort of gingerbread date cake by adding: 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp cloves.
Maybe its because I've never had Kung Pao before, but it lacked 'pow' for me, I'm sorry. Maybe its because I used tapioca starch instead of cornstarch, but mine came out so....
I was worried it wouldn't hold together, but this recipe turned out really well! I wanted to take something to work that was healthy to give my workmates, as this is my last week.
