I HAVE to try this!!! Coconut cream pie was always my favorite, I thought I would have to go without it. Will review again when I make it, hopefully soon!
OMG, this is basically orgasmic!! BETTER than the non-veg ones! The recipe that I used before going vegan was made with heavy cream and no coconut milk at all.
This was better than I thought it was going to be! I used 1/2 tbs of peanut butter, and I still think it could have used more. Also used agave instead of sugar.
Didn't really taste like Nutella, but it was good drizzled over some raw cheesecake. An addition of hazelnuts would be great, but I'm allergic to them. :(
I really like this frosting, I love bittersweet chocolate; and the typical buttercream frosting always made me sick from it's sweetness. I do add a little extra sweetener, though.
