I made this!! it was super yummy, in fact we ate it all and my hubby made it again for lunch the next day too. The only change i made to it was adding some red pepper flakes b/c i love heat.
Made this just now, and i am in awe of how close the texture is to smoked salmon. My 4 year old asked several times after taking a bite if there was meat in it.

pretty much made this tonight, didn't put in the sake, and added tahini and a garlic black bean paste and a good amount of chili oild. I also added peanuts and frozen peas to the mix.
I finally made this this morning, just b/c i actually had time. i had a bite, and the other 4 ate it up nicely, and quickly gave the recipe to my omni friend.
