Sweet Mustard Dressing and Dipping Sauce

What you need:

3/4 cup safflower or sunflower oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 to 4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
1/2 tablespoon of agave
Pepper, to taste
Dash of salt
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon garlic or onion powder

What you do:

I suggest organic ingredients as they always seem much more flavourful.
1) In a measuring cup or small cup, measure oil and vinegar. Add to a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Whisk until fully mixed.
It keeps well for 3 days, I usually pour it into a glass salad dressing bottle and store it in the fridge.
Source of recipe: I wrote it after my hubs craved "a lot of mustard and a lot of oil" for his salad.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Can I ask what "stone ground mustard" is? Is it the mustard seed or?

We buy organic stone ground mustard at the grocery store because the only other option is honey. I think Dijon mustard would work too. Stone ground mustard is made by grinding brown mustard seeds in some sort of stone press to produce a coarser and thicker mustard. It gives a nice texture to the dressing.
