Amazing "Honey" Dijon Mustard Dressing

What you need:

1/2 cup vegan Dijon mustard
1/2 cup light agave nectar
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
1/4 cup light corn syrup

What you do:

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
It sounds like it would be too sweet, but I swear its perfect. It tastes just like the honey Dijon dressing from Bennigans. I use this on everything!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

OMG!  This was the best honey mustard dressing I have ever had.  Highly recommended! ;)b

This was excellent. I omitted the corn syrup and just "eyeballed" equal parts agave, Nayonaise, and grey poupon. I just mixed all together in a bowl and added fresh ground pepper.

I've been meaning to make this for ages because I used to love honey mustard stuff. I didn't use the corn syrup either and I think it's perfect. Rather than use a blender I just put everything into a jar and shook it up until it was all mixed together, and I can use the jar it's already in for the leftovers.  I made 1/2 a recipe because I didn't have much mayo left but I will definitely be making more soon. Thanks erin!!

WOW!!!  This is amazing!!  I also omitted the corn syrup; it doesn't need it. This is THE best Honey Mustard Dressing EVER!!!  Thanks!;)b

I also omitted the corn syrup.  This dressing tasted just like Subway's honey mustard that I ate in my pre-vegan days.  I served it over salad, but I think it would be awesome on a sandwich (or sub).

This is an amazing dressing, vegan or not! I'm just experimenting with vegan recipes, and I cannot tell the difference at all. I did leave out the corn syrup, as I am trying to watch my weight. One sweetener is enough in my opinion. It's incredible!

This dressing is AWESOME. I omitted the corn syrup and added about 1/4 tablespoon extra of agave nectar. I've never eaten so much salad in such a short period of time before in my life.

I haven't eaten honey mustard dressing in 20 years or more.  This sounds tasty.  I will, however, omit the corn syrup--too processed, and I'm not sure why you'd need it if you're using agave.  I look forward to trying this out on some vegan chikn nuggets.

I made this dressing for the first time this weekend.
I was blown away.  It is probably the best dressing - vegan or not - that I have ever had.
My non-veg mother is putting it on everything.  She's moving away this weekend and wants me to make a batch for her to take with her.
Last night she ate it on roasted potatoes.

Thank you for this!  :)>>>

SO GOOD. I made a couple o' modifications by omitting the corn syrup (it was very sweet, in a good way, without) and added a tablesppon of vegan worchestershire sauce (Annie's Naturals brand) and a few grinds of pepper. Eating it now over a simple salad of greens and avocado and dreaming of things to dip into it! I think would taste AMAZING with onion rings. Seriously, you've got to make this.
