SO HOW'D IT GO?

This is really quick and easy to make, and tastes great!  I used candied (crystallized) ginger and just chopped it up as best as i could.  I used ricemilk instead of syomilk  (its what i had on hand, and ricemilk tends to be naturally sweeter anyways), and I topped it with Ricemallow Creme. It has a wonderful aroma!

The next time I make this, I think i will use a bit more ricemilk and omit the 3/4 cups water.  If you're having a major craving, you may want to be a bit more liberal with the chocolate.

Remember to use fair trade chocolate!  It's ridiculous the exploitation that occurs on a HUMONGOUS level in the chocolate market.
