Quick & Simple Veggie & Hummus Sandwich
What you need:
2 slices Whole Grain bread
hummus (enough to generously spread on bread)
cucumber slices
carrot slices
avocado slices
What you do:
Toast whole grain bread. Spread hummus generously on both slices. Stack Cucumber, Carrot, and Avocado slices between bread slices.
Serve with a red apple for the perfect lunch.
