Carrot And Sultana Sandwiches

What you need: 

8 slices brown bread
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1 carrot, grated
1/4 cup sultanas (raisins)
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

What you do: 

Spread the vegan bread with peanut butter. Top four slices with the carrot, sultanas and sprouts, and cover with the remaining slices of vegan bread to make sandwiches.
