Pizza

What you need: 

ready made vegan pizza crust
hummus
salsa
1 avocado
2 cloves garlic
1/4 of a small onion
1/2 eggplant
broccoli
1 peppers

What you do: 

Spread the ready made pizza crust on a greased pan, it probably gives directions on the package. Spread a layer of hummus, then a layer of salsa. Then chop up all the veggies and put them all on top EXCEPT the avocado, save that for last. The amounts of veggies here is what we used, you can change them to your liking, of course!
Cook the pizza according to the package. Our package said 450* for 15 minutes. Yours might be different. When the pizza is done, take it out and put the avocado on top!!!
This pizza is crazy! Its soooo good. We love trying new things, and we hope you do too!

i love this pizza but im the only vegetarian in the house mom,dad,and my little brother eat meat like all the time

Anyway, cool recipe. I think I'll try it sometime. I actually just made a couple pizzas yesterday, but they didn't have nearly as much veggies.

When we submitted this pizza three or four years ago, the name under which it was listed was 'Renob Pizza,' because we wanted it to stand out. Apparently vegweb thought it was vulgar or not veg-friendly enough, and we ended up with merely 'Pizza.' Boring.

I made this last night; it was fast, easy, and delicious!  You're right, any veggies will work; I loaded it up!  Thanks for this original recipe, I'll definitely make it again.

Made this today on pita bread! didn't have any eggplant but had mushrooms on it!

It really had flavor!! WILL MAKE IT AGAIN!!! YUM YUM
