Fruit and Veggie Pizza

What you need: 

pre-made pizza crust or home made pizza dough
1/2 of 796ml canned diced tomato
2 oz firm tofu, cut into small cubes
red onion to taste
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
diced red bell pepper to taste
pineapple, diced (optional)
as much soy cheese as you want

What you do: 

If using homemade dough, roll it out into the desired shape (rectangle, circle, etc.
Sauce: blend the tomato in a food processor. After adding tofu, blend until smooth. Stir in oregano and Basil, and set aside.
Pizza: brush sauce onto crust using bbq sauce brush. Sprinkle on other ingredients and place in oven, preheated at 425 degrees. Bake until vegan cheese is melted for pre-baked pizza crust; and bake 15-25 minutes for pizza dough. Serve and enjoy!
Note: its a good idea to put the pineapple on the very top, since it has a tendency to make the crust soggy.
