Bawk Bawk Pizza

What you need:

1 cup unbleached all purpose flour (King Arthur)
1/4 cup traditional 100% whole wheat flour (King Arthur)
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2/3 cup tomato sauce
3 chopped mushrooms
few slices of red pepper
Morningstar Chik'n Strips

What you do:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour your two flours in a mixing bowl along with your 1/2 cup warm water. Mix together and then roll dough to desired size. Thickness should be about the tip of your index finger.
Toss pizza dough in the oven (directly on rack).
In a separate bowl pour the seasonings for your sauce (in order of how they're listed in the ingredients section, ending with red pepper slices). Mix together.
Pull your pizza dough out of the oven. Knead accordingly as it may have constricted.
Slap your chunky sauce on the dough and place back in oven. Let cook for another twenty minutes. When your crust is crispy it's done!
In a frying pan, pour enough vegetable oil so the bottom is thinly covered. Toss in 6 Morningstar Chik'n Strips and cook on medium/low heat until both sides are golden brown. (This process only takes about 5 minutes so you'll have to time when your pizza is about finished)
Slice pizza. (Should make 4 slices)
Cut Morningstar Chik'n pizza into bites and place on top of slices.
Eat!
