Epic Raw Pesto

What you need: 

1 zucchini
1/2–1 banana pepper
Handful of basil
1/2 teaspoon vegetable seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup water ( add more if needed )
1 avocado
Handful of macadamia nuts 
1/2 teaspoon salt

What you do: 
1. Soak the nuts. If you are in a hurry, soak them for 20 min. If not, soak for 1 hour. 
2. Shred the zucchini using a mandolin, it'll make it look like pasta. Put in a medium bowl. Slice the banana pepper, making sure you take the seeds out. Put in a bowl with washed basil, "veggie" seasoning, and salt. 
3. Juice the lemon and put in a bowl, add water. When the nuts are done, add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it until it is a little chunky. Add water if you need to. 
4. When blended, add all to zucchini. And you're done! Add tomatoes, lemon juice, and basil if you like. Enjoy!
