Cranberry Sauce

What you need: 

1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup apricot brandy
splash lemon juice, optional

What you do: 

1. In a large pot, mix the cranberries, vegan sugar, and brandy.
2. Cook on a burner for 40 minutes on medium/low heat.
Can be served warm, but I find that it's best when chilled.'
