Berry Yogurt

What you need: 

1/2 cup silken tofu
1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
sugar to taste (about 1/4 cup) or any other sweetener would work
few drops of vanilla extract

What you do: 

Put all ingredients into a blender, but put the tofu in first. Blend together until smooth. Its really easy and really good.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I used frozen strawberries and a regular banana.  It was actually pretty spooky how much it tasted like yogurt.  If you use banana in it add some lemon juice so that it won't turn brown in the fridge overnight.
