Tofu Fruit Yogurt
What you need:
1 10-ounce soft tofu
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegan sweetener of choice
1-2 pieces of fruit
What you do:
Combine all ingredients in blender till smooth, chill until serving.
