Nutty Banana Soy Yogurt
What you need:
1 pkg Mori-Nu Firm Tofu (silken), drained
1/2 medium banana, broken in pieces
1/4 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 heaping Tbls. peanut or almond butter
2 tablespoons vegan sweetener of choice
1/4 c. water
What you do:
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Sweetener can be adjusted to taste.
