A vegetarian 'hello!' from Portland :)

Hello All,
My name is Ransom and Ive been a vegetarian my whole life.. Oddly enough, no one else in my family is.  Anyway, came here for awesome recipes and to post my own. Cant wait to make more delicious meat-free food!
