Vegatarian hello from central oregon

I'm new to this site, I'm vegatarian but want to be vegan. I'm here to get new recipes and learn how to maintain my grocery budget. I'm in central part of oregon, not the biggest area of oregon. Note a lack of vegatarian or vegan things and stuff around where I live. :) ;)b

I am certifiably poor and I can tell you it's not so hard to do as long as you plan meals ahead and eat leftovers.
