Hello! My name is Kiya and I am 21 years old. I live near Abilene, Texas but I am orginally from Tennessee.  I am now trying to make a change in lifestyle. I am new to this site and just by looking around can see that it will help guide me into this and help me learn what to eat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
