I just joined this site. I've checked out the recipes on this site for a few years but just decided to join the forums tonight.

I've been back in Arizona for 3 years now (I lived in Kingman for awhile before). Working in a cafeteria at the Grand Canyon. Veggie type food is not easy to get up here.
