Hi all :)  I am Kelly, and I am a lacto/ovo vegetarian who leans towards vegan. I am loving the recipes on this site and have made many things and my family usually likes what I make.  I am glad that there are forums to meet others who eat the same way as I do.  I have recently had experiences with people who felt threatened by my choices, so frustrating and they were so rude.
