Hey everyone!! Just got back from church and found out there's a Chicago 1/2 Marathon on September 12, 2010 for World Vision! World Vision supports needy children in Marafa, Kenya. The video they showed us of their living conditions and their muddy water and it broke my heart! Such a great cause.

I'm starting training TODAY!  :-D  I'm only a wee runner. lol The most miles I've run at one time is...3. I know, pitiful. lol

Any vegan runners out there who can help me out with a plan? Like when and how much to run, energy snacks...?  :D
