Our Favorite International Dishes

Here at VegWeb, we’re big adventure spirits. We love to travel, see new places, experience different cultures, and of course, gobble up all kinds of delicious cuisine.

For those times that we’re bitten by the travel bug but unable to board a plane for a far away destination (or even a fabulous one near by), we quell the quench for adventure by indulging in decadent, international dishes. From brightly colored Mexican Stuffed Peppers to golden, flaky spinach-filled Spanikopta, we wouldn’t mind making our way through the world one plate at a time.

Whether it’s unique fusion food or an authentic homemade meal from the mother country, nothing provides a greater escape than dipping your spoon into divine nosh. Here are 5 of our absolute favorite recipes from all over the world—and if your travel lust hasn’t been filled with this hand-picked menu of ours, please fly, sail, or trot on over to the Global Food section of our recipes. No passport needed, just a big appetite.

1. Mexican Stuffed Peppers
2. Korean Stir-fried Rice Cakes
3. Spanakopita
4. Sauerkraut Quesadillas
5. African Sweet Potato and Peanut Soup

Happy travels and treats,

Webmistress Melissa
