Vegan Mayo

What you need: 

1 tablespoon soy flour
1 table spoon water
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cups of oil (canola)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vinegar

What you do: 

In food processor or blender:
Blend: soy flour, water, mustard, salt and pepper, with 1-4 cup of oil....
While mixing: pour in 1/2 cup oil
Stop: scrape bowl (blender)
Continue mixing: add lemon juice vinegar and rest of oil. blend and chill.
This mayo tastes like Hellman's mayonnaise.
