Tofu Surprise
What you need:
Cabbage
Spinach
Garlic
Onion
Dice Tofu
Soy Sauce
Goya's Vegetable and Salad Seasoning
Oyster Sauce (side)
Chilli (side)
What you do:

Its ideal when you have had junk food you dont want carbs and you want to balance things out with protein.
