Stuffing

What you need: 

4 loaves of bread
2 boxes of corn bread mix
salt and pepper
celery salt
onions
bell pepper
sage

What you do: 

Dry vegan bread out for 1 week in a paper bag. Also Cook your corn bread at this tine and put it in a paper bag to dry out for one week. Break up vegan bread and corn meal and put in large plastic bag when you are ready to make your stuffing. Add 1oz. of rubbed sage, 6 Tablespoons of salt and 4 Tablespoons of pepper. Cut up 4 cups of Onions and 3 cups of celery and add to the other ingredients. Cut up 1 bell pepper and add with the other ingredients. Add water or vegetable broth as necessary to get the mixture to just start sticking together. If you are going to make your stuffing in the oven spray your pan with veg oil and just add the mixture. Now pour some more water or broth over the stuffing to get it moist. Cook in the oven at 300 degrees until it turns brown on the top. For smaller portions just reduce all the ammounts equally.
