Stir-Fried Tofu & Veggies

What you need: 

1/3 block of extra firm tofu, cubed
1/2 cup each of 3 different kinds of sliced veggies: carrots, zucchinni, red pepper, cabbage, mushrooms...whatever
about 1 teaspoon of stir fry oil
Braggs Liquid Aminos to taste
stir fry or sweet & sour sauce to taste

What you do: 

Saute veggies in oil until tender, then add the tofu and some Braggs. Stir well and cook a few minutes longer, then add the sauce of your choice. Serve over rice or by itself.
