Very good! I don't think I used enough potatoes because here was too much spice on them, but they were good. I didn't have oregano, so I used basil, and I didn't have mustard, so I used a little bit of cumin.

OK, definitely don't make these if you are a single person...unless you plan on eating three potatoes for dinner. I planned on leaving some for tomorrow, since I actually like cold french fries, but they didn't make it that far. Next time I am definitely only making one porato!

Perfect comination of spices. The oregano adds a really unique quality. I've cooked this sereral ways, including grilled in foil, and nothing beats it if you're in the mood for potato.  Love it, have made a lot, will continue to use this recipe.

I tried this recipe last night and must say that I was impressed by the results.  I have been looking for a satisfying homemade fry recipe for sometime and this one fits the bill I think.  I used about the 2 tbls of oil that the recipe indicates for about twice as many potatoes and that worked out fine, just make sure you shake a lot.  Thanks for the recipe!

These are so delicious!  I omitted the cayenne when I made them because I wasn't in the mood for spicy heat.  These fries are incredibly flavorful and satisfying.  I will definitely make them often.

This is my go-to recipe when I want fries.  Which is ALL the time. They rock! I like to have these with mustard instead of ketchup to enchance the awesome mustardy spiciness.

Great recipe!  I made these two nights ago and they were fabulous.  Nice and spicy!  (I added a tsp. of garlic powder to the mix.)  Will definitely make these again and again!

i made these last night with a sweet potato... i think they were a little too spicy so next time ill change up the spices a bit and leave out the cayenne.
