SO HOW'D IT GO?

I would rate this at a solid 3.5 to 4 out of 5 stars.  I followed the instructions without altering the recipe first.  The first step of mixing the flour, nutritional yeast, and soymilk yields a playdough-like paste not amenable to simmering.  (Is this perhaps a typ-o and should be 1/2 c flour?)  Carrying on, I added the rest of the ingredients and stirred it occassionally as I heated it.  My playdough-like ball thinned to about the consistency of the refried beans.  The flavor was a little bland and the texture just a little bread dough-like but both of these problems were improved upon when adding an additional 1/2 cup medium salsa.  (I then added a 1/4 tps more salt since my beans and tomatoes were "no salt added".)  I'm happily eating it now over brown rice and a spoon of guacamole.  Good recipe overall, escpecially considering there is no added fat.  Next time I'll try it with 1/2c flour instead of 1c flour.  Thank you for posting this recipe.
