Mock Feta

What you need: 

2 cups crumbled firm tofu
2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
2 tablespoon tahini
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
pinch of salt

What you do: 

Mix all ingredients together and let stand overnight in the fridge.
Add to your favourite recipe! Salad, spinakopitas, stuffed pastas, stuffed veggies.......

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I made this yesterday. It is very good, but doesn't really taste like fetta to me. It's definitely worth making though. It's super easy and delicious!

I added some garlic salt, and man this was *so good*.  I put in on my salads all the time, and come winter I'll probably make stuffed shells with it.
