Pita Fajita Salad Sandwich

What you need: 

2 pitas
lettuce
sprouts (if not using lettuce)
tomatoes
fresh mushrooms
cucumber
any other vegetables you might have on hand

What you do: 

Chop and wash all the above ingredients and assemble in a bowl. Toss together like a salad and add your favorite dressing. Wrap in a pita and enjoy!! Great for a quick snack!!
