Carrot-pepper Pita Sandwich

What you need: 

one carrot
half a green pepper
4-5 parsley stalks
one tablespoon tahini

What you do: 

Put tahini on inside of pita. Grate carrot and cut pepper into small pieces, cut parsley. Add all of it to the inside of the pita and enjoy.
