Mint Chocolate Mousse For Dummies

What you need: 

1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips (non-dairy)
2 packages firm silken tofu
mint Oreos (2 rows) crushed

What you do: 

1) Blend tofu until smooth.
2) Melt chocolate chips, stir them as they melt to prevent burning.
3) Pour melted chocolate into blender and blend with tofu.
4) Pour mixture into a bowl and add the crushed Oreos.
5) Refrigerate (best overnight)
I have not tried freezing it but I think it would come out very much like ice cream.
