Mango Salsa
What you need:
2 ripe mangos, peeled seeded, cut in chunks
2 apples (I use Royal Gala), unpeeled, in chunks
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
juice of 1/2 of lemon
cilantro, to taste
salt to taste
What you do:
Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until almost smooth. Chill for about an hours for best taste. Serve with tortilla chips. Will keep in fridge for 4-5 days.
The garlic and onion flavors are pretty strong...but its so yummy.

This is a wonderful salsa! Everywhere I bring it, it get's rave reviews! It's hard to stop eating it!
Wonderful using a red onion!
