Not-Too-Hot Mango Salsa

What you need: 

5 fresh tomatoes
2 Anaheim peppers
1/3 bunch cilantro
1/4 red onion
1/2 cup mango juice
juice of 1 lime
salt to taste

What you do: 

Wash peppers, slice open, and remove seeds. Wash and roughly chop tomatoes, peppers, cilantro, and onion. Put vegetables and juices in blender and pulse. Salt to taste.
