Black Bean Salsa

What you need: 

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup tomato
2 15 oz cans black beans. Drained and rinsed.
1 16 oz can white shoe peg corn. Drained.
6 tablespoon lime juice
6 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup red onion. Chopped fine.
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

What you do: 

I use my food processor for the tomatoes, cilantro, and the red onions because I am lazy. Combine all but the tomatoes until you are ready to serve it, then add a little more lime juice. This is really good with lime flavored chips.
