Low Fat Chocolate Banana Mousse
What you need:
2 bananas
cocoa powder
coconut flakes (optional)
What you do:
Blend all the ingredients together until creamy and light. Add as much cocoa and coconut flakes as to your preference. (I use about 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa, but I loooove chocolate.)
It will have a consistency somewhere in between a pudding and a mousse.
Very Simple.
And delicious.
