Coriander Chutney

What you need: 

1 cup full chopped coriander leaves
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon groundnut powder
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar
salt to taste

What you do: 

Mix all the ingredients together in a grinder. Grind to smooth paste or leave it a bit chunky if u like. Add some water too when u grind. You can make changes in quantity of spices according to your choice. It can be used as a sandwich spread with some cucumbers and cheese! tastes great!!! Also be used as a dip with samosa and patties. Enjoy !

SO HOW'D IT GO?

For anyone who doesn't know, "groundnuts" are peanuts. So for "groundnut powder", grind up some peanuts in your spice grinder. If you have a peanut allergy you can try another nut such as almond or walnuts or hazelnuts. (What do you mean, you use your coffee grinder to grind coffee? What's wrong with you? LOL)
