Mexican Black Bean and Mango Chutney

What you need: 

1 can mangos, drained, or 2 large mangos, peeled and chopped
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup cilantro (coriander), washe'd and chopped
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 large sweet/yellow (Vidalia type) onion, diced
1/3 cup Balsamic vinaigrette dressing (Newmans own is the best)

What you do: 

Dice tomatoes and onion, add chopped cilantro, black beans, and chopped mango pieces in a large mixing bowl. Stir well, add dressing.
DELICIOUS. I use it on nachos, any type of Mexican inspired food, or just as a dip with tortilla chips, and I could eat the whole bowl myself. Its GREAT and so easy!
