Classic Spicy Spaghetti
What you need:
olive oil
garlic
hot pepper flakes
fresh parsley
fresh dairy free parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
spaghetti
What you do:
Boil salted water. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.
Grate 1/4 cup parmesan cheese per serving
Finely chop 1 garlic clove per serving.
Finely chop 1 tbsp of parsley per serving
Add 1/2 cup olive oil per serving to a skillet.
Heat oil on medium until warm. Add garlic and hot pepper flakes to pan.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, but do not let garlic brown.
Drain spaghetti. Toss pasta with parsley and olive oil mixture.
Serve on plates, sprinkling liberal amounts of parmesan on the pasta.
