Carrot Juice Smoothie
What you need:
8 oz. organic carrot juice
1 banana
1 scoop of vanilla soy protein powder (I use spirutein)
1 scoop vanilla soy ice cream (optional)
What you do:
Mix all together in a blender and drink up!
P.S.: If the smoothie is a little runny just add ice to make the perfect consistency.
