Sensational Strawberry Soy Smoothie

What you need: 

1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1 (6 oz.) container Silk strawberry soy yogurt
1/2-2/3 cup sliced strawberries (about 5 medium)

What you do: 

Place soy milk, soy yogurt, and strawberries in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

This is great - I've made it a few times already. And I love that I don't have to use any banana, as even a little banana makes me really sick. Thanks so much for sharing!  :)
