I just have to say i am a meat eater, but i am slowly converting to a vegetarianism!
These pancakes are the best pancakes i have EVER tasted, and what drives me CRAZY is that i have made pancakes twice before that contained eggs & dairy and they have always came out TERRIBLE! But these VEGAN pancakes came out amazing!

I did 2 batches, one w/ 1 banana & the other with the flax seed replacement. I have to say the batch with the banana was best, but the flax seed mixture tasted almost the same just more chewy & doughy-er(i know thats not a word ???).
I also used Earth Balance butter instead of veggie oil, and i added cinnamon too. These pancakes came out tasting like Bisquick pancakes..Fluffy & Buttery.

So amazing :D

This is a great recipe. I've been substituting coconut oil and it gives an extra moistness and added flavor.

i used flax seed as the egg replacer, but otherwise made these straight up. THESE KICK ASS.

how many pancakes does this recipe yield?

Well, I used a 1/4 C measurement, and I got about 8-9. I'm not sure because I decided to be fancy with one of them and make a Mickey Mouse pancake.
