Sarahs Vegan Mini Pizzas

What you need: 

2 vegan english muffins
1 stalk broccoli, chopped
2 to 3 mushrooms, cut
1 onion, chopped
2 cups you're favorite vegan pasta sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
various veggies (optional) cauliflower,
1/3 cup water

What you do: 

On stove top place all veggies and oregano, garlic salt, Italian seasoning in pan. Add water, and cook on medium heat for between 5-7 minutes, stirfrying.
Add you're favorite vegan pasta sauce to veggies and spices, stir frequently. Cook for additional 3-5 minutes or until veggies are tender yet crisp.
Turn on oven, preheat to 400 degrees, and place english muffins on pizza pan, place pizza sauce on english muffins and sprinkle lightly with nutritional yeast. Cook for 12 minutes or until english muffins are crispy.
Serve immediatley. Caution VERY HOT!!!
