Basil-Spinach Pesto

What you need: 

8 ounces olive oil

3 ounces fresh basil

3 ounces fresh spinach

3 ounces pine nuts (Walnuts can be used as a substitute)

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced (or 2 Tsp Dried Garlic)

1/2 cup of vegan cheese (preferably parma)

1/2 teaspoon dried oregeno

Salt and Pepper to Taste

What you do: 

1. Add 1/2 of the olive oil and the rest of the ingrediants into a food processor, and combine.
2. Add the rest of the oil and allow to integrate.

Please note, once refridgerated, this will turn into a solid (olive oil does that); so you will need to let this sit out before each use.
