For ALL Tastebuds Smoothie

What you need: 

3/4 cup soy yogurt, any flavour
1/4 cup peaches
1/2 cup mixed frozen fruit, such as mango, papaya, orange, pineapple
1/4 cup frozen cranberries
1 banana

What you do: 

Throw everything in a blender. Mix on low for as long as desired, depending on if you want it chunky (that's me!) or perfectly smmoth.
Nutrition Information: About 300 calories per serving, and provides a HUGE! energy supply!
