SO HOW'D IT GO?
From Wikipedia:
"In Indian cuisine, agar agar is known as 'China Grass' and is used for making desserts."
China grass? Im curious because i have used many different types of gelatin alternatives and have yet to use china grass. Im not too sure what it even is?
I looked it up online and the only thing i found was a textile material.
Please let me know as i am very curious now.
