I really like these cookies.

I halved the recipe, put 3/8 light brown sugar instead of white sugar, didn't put salt in it.

I tried to use this on pancakes but it is kind of vague. I've never done it before so I didn't know what the 'desired consistency' was, but it worked out ok.
