These are really good, and my omni family liked them.  They didn't even notice the tablespoon of soy milk I added to give it a puffier, cakey texture.  I've tried adding tablespoon

I made this for my toddler and myself.  I found that I needed to add a couple tablespoons of water to make the flatbread form a usable dough.
