I live in a very Rural part of the county. Is there anywhere that I can buy Seitan and Tempeh on line?
Or just buy vital wheat gluten and make your own. I promise, it's not that hard.

I agree with Dessie--making your own seitan is much cheaper than buying it. I also live in the middle of nowhere, and the only place I can buy it is over an hour away. So, when I make that trip to get groceries, instead of buying prepared seitan, I just buy the vital wheat gluten and make my own. Much cheaper, and much easier when you live in the middle of nowhere.
